OUr Special Kids What's New

Welcome to the C.L.A.S.S. Online Album! Here you will meet some very special people. Pages are indexed by type of liver disease.  There is also a Memorial section for those special kids have earned their angel wings.  If you would like to have your child included in the CLASSKIDS Album, please send an email to ourkids@classkids.org.

Please note that if your child has passed away you will need to send an email to ourkids@classkids.org requesting that either their name be removed from the online album or that their story be moved to the Memorial section. If you choose to move their story to the Memorial section you will need to provide an updated story.

Submit Your Story

 

You can submit your story to be included as part of Our Special Kids by downloading and mailing the OUR KIDS Submission Form/Media Release to C.L.A.S.S. Kids,

25379 Wayne Mills Place, Suite 143, Valencia  CA  91355 or you may email the completed form to ourkids@classkids.org.  All C.L.A.S.S. Forms can be found in the Resource Center.

 

Please note that only parents or legal guardians may submit stories of minor children.  Please read the Guidelines listed below.

  • All photos submitted remain property of C.L.A.S.S.

  • Pictures should be color photos of child only.

  • Photos must be larger than wallet size.

  • No personal information such as exact birthdates and/or transplant dates shall be included in story.

  • Parent is responsible for updating their child's story and picture once a year.  A reminder email will be sent.

  • Memorial Stories are to be submitted by parent or legal guardians only.

  • C.L.A.S.S. will not remove stories without permission from parent or legal guardian.

  • All stories are subjected to editing and proofing by C.L.A.S.S. volunteers prior to publishing.

Please note that all photos, stories, etc. submitted to C.L.A.S.S. remain property of C.L.A.S.S. and will not be returned.

By signing the Media Release Form, you also give C.L.A.S.S. permission to use your story/picture in fundraising events, newsletters and other forms of print media.
